Lovely restaurant, fantastic food, great staff. All of the food we had was delicious but the stand out dishes were the homemade tortilla with chorizo (moist, proper Spanish tortilla) and octopus with paprika puree (tender and were flavourful). The croquettes were also exceptional. Staff were really attentive and I loved the open kitchen, where you could see everything was cooked fresh. Absolutely next level tapas!

The service was great! Had lovely conversation with the chef who is from Barcelona, and the service staff who is also Spanish! We ordered the steak paella and it was delightful! Full of flavours of the beef and various spices that unfold as you bite into the rice! The rice was nice and crisp and flavourful till the last bite! You can tell that the chef loves to cook and he checked in on us a lot! The croquette was really crispy and rich. The octopus was a nice complexity of flavour. From the sweetness of the octopus, to the punch of garlic sauce and the earthiness of the mash! A great combination altogether! The atmosphere was really nice! Fit for a cosy intimate wedding

An absolute gem of a restaurant. Located in Bath City centre in converted wine cellar...once you step in you are transported to a Spain . Stylish and tasteful decor. Service by Georgia was excellent; polite, attentive, informative and fun, smiling all the time. The Tapas selection was superb, pork cheeks, prawns, breads, olives, prosciutto to chicken croquettes...all delicious. We had 4 Tapas and breads plenty for 2. With bottle of wine 100. Great value too. A must do in Bath.

This is our second time here. We think it is a must visit should you want the most delicious tapas in Bath, served by amazingly friendly staff and in an atmospheric vaulted space. But the true star of this restaurant is their paella! The seafood paella is the best ever we have tasted, and we have tasted many around the world! The chef takes his time cooking it to perfection, using the best red prawns, octopus and mussels, creating a caramelised crust, giving the dish an added dimension for texture and taste! Our server squeezed all the goodness from the prawn heads into the paella to give that extra punch. It's no wonder that the chef won second place in a world paella competition 3 months ago

First time coming here at La Perla in Bath and it was amazing. The place has a nice atmosphere and the servers was nice especially Frederick. He was amazing and gave good recommendations! We wanted to order Paella of the Day but apparently it takes some time to have it made so we chose to order different plates. We loved everything we oredered, definitely a place to try when you're in Bath!

We had a wonderful Spanish meal at La Perla! We received excellent service and ate great paella. The restaurant itself is very cool too. It kind of feels like you're in a cellar, but in a good way. Prices are unbeatable too, especially for being in such a touristy area. You couldn't ask for better!
